About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team based in Wetherill Park.
Supporting multiple business units, this role is a key link between our customers, sales team, and operations.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing end-to-end support across the customer journey.
What you'll be doing:




Answer and direct calls across multiple business unitsTake phone orders and manage the weekly customer call listHandle enquiries on product availability and freight costsSupport sales staff with quotes, spec sheets, and price listsManage consignment stock and inventory recordsRaise pro-forma, deposit, and dispatch invoicesAssist customers with delivery tracking and invoice disputesCoordinate replacement or return of stock as neededGeneral administrative and support duties as needed
What you bring:
Solid experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role (required)Minimum 3 years in an office administration roleExperience within logistics, transport, or product-based environments highly regardedAbility to learn our products and equipmentConfident, professional phone manner with a genuine customer-first mindsetHighly organised with sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instinctsComfortable juggling multiple priorities across different business units simultaneouslyProficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, ABM, or MYOB is a plusReliable, honest, and driven by a strong work ethic
