Senior Legal Document Qc Rubric SpecialistLocation: SydneyContract type: Permanent ContractWorking pattern: Part time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)Contract length: Parental leave cover until September ****What you'll doManaging complex diaries, inboxes, workflows and competing prioritiesActing as key coordination point for the team across day-to-day administrative mattersPreparing, formatting and managing correspondence, documents and matter administrationCoordinating internal and client meetings, calls, events and travel arrangementsLiaising confidently with clients, internal stakeholders and external partiesManaging billing processes, including pre-bills, edits, finalisation and cost reportingMonitoring deadlines, commitments and follow-up actionsSupporting the team with client and industry meetings and eventsWorking collaboratively with other Legal Assistants and Administrative Assistants across the Corporate groupHelping identify efficient ways of working, including the use of technology and AI tools where appropriateWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience as a Legal Assistant or senior legal support professional within a legal or professional services environmentStrong experience supporting senior stakeholders, with a calm, organised and proactive approach; excellent judgment, discretion and confidence managing sensitive matters; strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesExperience with billing, reporting and matter management systemsPrevious job share experience is preferred but not essentialA commitment to mentoring and guiding junior team membersA service‐oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to enabling fee earners to focus on client deliveryAn innovative mindset,
