This is a part time, hybrid role with an ASAP start.
It's a great chance to get hands‐on in a busy finance team, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person.What you'll doRaise purchase orders and receipt utilities bills in TechOne, making sure each one is coded to the right cost centre and approved before paymentReview utilities bills for anomalies such as unusual usage, duplicate charges or billing errors,



and follow them up with suppliers until they're resolvedComplete monthly reconciliations, including utilities accruals and creditor accounts, and investigate any variancesKeep accurate records and supporting documents so month‐end closes smoothly and audit requests are easy to answerBe the go‐to contact for internal teams and suppliers on utilities queries, responding quickly and keeping everyone updatedAbout youPrevious experience in local government, public sector, healthcare or educationTertiary qualification in a relevant fieldMinimum 2-3 years in a similar roleTechOne experience highly desirable
