You'll work with participants with a range of needs, from high and complex care through to capacity-building and social inclusion, helping them build confidence and independence in every part of their lives.What you'll doProvide sleepover supports, responding to needs as they ariseDeliver personal care and manual handling, including hoisting and positioningAssist with medication management, meal preparation, and daily household routinesSupport participants to build independence and confidence in their own homeWork as part of a rostered team to ensure consistent, high-quality careSupport participants to navigate systems such as NDIS plans, housing, mental health, and community servicesProvide practical assistance, including referrals, outreach,



and transport coordination to appointments and activitiesAdvocate alongside participants for fair and equitable access to supportsBuild participants' capacity for self-advocacy and long‐term independenceSupport social inclusion by helping participants connect, engage, and thrive in their communityWhat IDSS Offers YouWe invest in the people who make our work possible.
