With our team growing, now's the perfect time to join us in making a real difference.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, Claims and Client Experience, you will manage a portfolio of property claims from allocation through to resolution, conducting both desktop and onsite assessments across a diverse range of insured assets, including:Farm buildings and infrastructureAgricultural machinery and equipmentCommercial property assetsRural and agricultural risksYou'll provide expert technical assessments, prepare loss adjusting reports, engage with builders and technical specialists, and negotiate practical settlement outcomes that balance client needs with sound commercial decision-making.What You'll Bring10+ years' experience in property insurance claims and/or loss adjustingStrong technical knowledge of property damage,
