Melbourne, Victoria, Australia | In office | Full TimeWe are seeking a Junior Drafter to support our engineering and environmental teams in Melbourne (VIC).
This role suits someone early in their drafting career who has a strong eye for detail and wants to develop their CAD skills in a technical consultancy.
You will work closely with and report to our Senior Drafter, preparing drawings for landfill, gas management and site remediation projects.What you will doPrepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings for environmental engineering projects, including landfill design, gas management systems, sample location plans and site remediation worksAssist the Senior Drafter with design layouts, infrastructure drawings and as-built documentationUpdate and revise drawings in response to feedback from the Senior Drafter, engineers and scientistsMaintain drawing registers, revision histories and document control recordsApply Core-EP CAD templates and drafting standards consistently across projectsWork with engineers and scientists to understand technical briefs and site informationWhat we are looking forCertificate III or IV in Drafting, Engineering or a related discipline, or currently studying towards oneWorking knowledge of AutoCAD,
