Learn more about us at eHealth NSW.Join the TeamAs a Human Resources Advisor in our People, Communications and Workplace team, you will provide high-quality operational HR support to business units across eHealth NSW, partnering closely with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders to deliver workforce initiatives, maintain compliance, and improve employee experience.You'll contribute to the effective delivery of HR services including policy guidance, workforce processes, and systems optimisation.In this role, you willBuild and maintain HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsCollaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support workforce initiatives and day-to-day people mattersSupport and enhance systems and processes across Teams and SharePoint to improve team efficiency and documentation practicesContribute to key HR initiatives such as compliance reviews, mobility processes,
