You'll work directly with the builder and directors and have genuine ownership of the estimating process from project pricing through to construction.Key responsibilitiesPreparing accurate residential construction estimates and costingsCompleting quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering plansObtaining and assessing subcontractor and supplier pricingPreparing scopes of work and purchase ordersReviewing plans, engineering and specifications for discrepanciesManaging variations and maintaining accurate project costsWorking closely with the builder, supervisors,
