This is a great opportunity to take ownership of significant project scopes and contribute to the delivery of a major civil construction project.OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake ownership of assigned project scope, delivering outcomes in line with Project Management Plans, company procedures, and performance expectations.Plan, resource, and coordinate tasks systematically, managing multiple competing priorities to meet critical deadlines and project objectives.Monitor and manage commercial performance by understanding cost impacts, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting the Project Manager with reporting and decision-making.Build and maintain robust client relationships, proactively responding to needs and ensuring delivery within budget, contract requirements, and quality standards.Lead problem-solving and decision-making by applying analytical thinking, addressing complex challenges, and implementing solutions that drive positive project outcomes.Foster a high-performing, safe, and collaborative team environment through effective leadership, coaching, HSEQ compliance,



and a commitment to continuous improvement and development.TO BE SUCCESSFULTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years' experience delivering civil construction and infrastructure projects.Demonstrated experience across earthworks, pavements, underground services and structural works.Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to lead project delivery.Current White Card (CPCWHS****).
