$180,000 annual earningsCamp accommodation, meals and PPE providedDIDO opportunity approximately two hours from RockhamptonSalary packaging options availableLong-term project with opportunities for career developmentAbout the RoleWorking alongside the maintenance team, you will lead by example on shift, coordinate maintenance activities and help ensure equipment is maintained safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting maintenance personnel to achieve shift targetsPerforming servicing, repairs,



diagnostics and fault‐finding on heavy mining equipmentAllocating work and coordinating daily maintenance prioritiesPromoting secure work practices and maintaining site complianceCompleting shift handovers and communicating with supervisors and production teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtimeAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Trade qualifications as a Diesel Fitter or Plant MechanicPrevious Leading Hand or supervisory experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenanceStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience maintaining heavy mobile mining equipmentThe ability to lead a crew and work effectively in a production‐focused environmentA current Driver's LicenceStandard 11 and S1, S2, S3 or G1, G8, G9 qualifications, or willingness to obtainWhy MacKellar?
