We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team based out of Seven Hills, New South Wales, Australia!

Ensure all OH&S; and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.Plan, lead, organise and control the Engineering teams so that they meet company goals and standardsRegularly review Engineering budget and control monthly spendingPreventative and planned maintenance SchedulingManage and/or assist with capital projects, monitoring Investments, ensuring justification, request, implementation and reporting assisting vertical start-ups.Maintain a highly skilled,



competent and motivated workforceManage engineering systems, processes and documentation to ensure nominated standards are adhered to and maintainedEnsure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper maintenance activities to the factory assetsEnsure all utilities are adequate to meet the needs of production requirements.
