This is your chance to step up and help shape a growing specialist practice from the ground up.About usOur practice is led by Dr Nathan Creber, a highly esteemed Otologist, Neurotologist and Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon.
You will continue to grow the practice by increasing clinics in Newtown and Neutral Bay.
You will also help build the referral base for our in‐house audiology and balance service, Sydney Hearing and Balance, with a view to making it a fully independent business in the years to come.Grow with usWe have a clear plan to ****, and we want the right person to implement our growth goals.You'll start by managing and implementing strong operational processes.
From there you'll take on recruiting new clinicians, building our referrer network and setting up new services.
You'll see the results of your work in fuller clinics, a bigger team and a growing practice.What you'll doLead the team: recruit, onboard, roster and develop staff, and be their first point of contact.
You'll be supported by an experienced Practice Coordinator who runs day‐to‐day clinic operations.Run the business: prepare monthly reporting for Dr Creber, manage budgets, suppliers, contracts and IT, and work with our accountant and bookkeeperDrive growth: recruit and onboard current clinicians, set up new audiology days, and plan rooms and sessions across both sitesRun our Neutral Bay clinics: work on site at Neutral Bay on clinic days and manage the clinic as it growsBuild referrer relationships: grow our GP and referrer base, particularly on the North Shore,



run GP education evenings, and manage our online presenceImprove quality and systems: build our policies, a formal complaints and feedback process, and better workflows in XestroSupport outreach: coordinate our Tamworth and Bourke clinics through our electronic medical record systemAbout youYou'll likely bring:Solid experience in a specialist medical practice (surgical or ENT experience is a plus)A good understanding of Medicare, private health fund, DVA and workers compensation billingExperience with Xestro or a similar practice management systemSome experience leading, training or supporting staff, and a desire to do moreA head for numbers and comfort with reporting and targetsConfidence building relationships with GPs, referrers and suppliersInitiative, good organisation and fresh ideas for doing things betterWillingness to work across both sites, including travelling to Neutral Bay to run clinics (this is essential)What we offer$100,000-$120,000 FTE plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience (pro rata for 4 days)A real step up into practice leadership, working directly with the practice directorA role that grows as the practice growsRegular one‐on‐one time with Dr Creber, clear goals, and a formal review at six months and every yearA collaborative, patient‐focused teamA 4- or 5-day week, so you can choose the pattern that suits you including an opportunity to work from home starting 1 day a week.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
