In this full time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the motel's operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Based in Narrabri, NSW, this position plays a crucial part in the motel's success and allows you to put your hospitality expertise into practice.What you'll be doingManage the day-to-day operations of the motel, including reception (Guestpoint POS), housekeeping, and maintenance (General, Pool & Yard)Oversee staffing (Housekeepers), training, and performance management to build a high-performing teamManage budgets and inventory control (Linen outsourced)Foster positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local communityEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations,
