and building something specialCareer progression is real — you'll grow with the business as it continues to scaleWhat You'll Be Doing:Full contract administration from early planning through to handoverScoping, procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and contract finalisationManaging claims, variations, EOTs, and progress claims with confidenceWorking closely with project managers, directors, and consultants to keep things movingHelping shape commercial systems and mentoring up-and-coming talentWhat We're Looking For:5+ years' experience as a CA or SCA in property, construction, or high-end residentialStrong commercial acumen with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweatA calm head, clear communicator, and someone who plays well with othersDegree-qualified in Construction Management or similar (or strong equivalent experience)First in, best dressed— we're expecting robust interest in this one.
