Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Working directly with the Executive Manager, Group Business Development and key teams across the business, you will lead the creation of compelling, high-quality, and competitive tender responses that set the industry benchmark.

What you will do:

- Support the Estimating and Sales Managers and their teams to ensure all submissions are of the highest standard.
- Ensure continued development of the Templafy content platform to ensure messaging remains fresh, compliant, and aligned with company brand.
- Lead major tender submissions from initial Go/No-Go planning through to lodgement and post-tender presentations.
- Coordinate bid teams, schedules, and deliverables to meet strict client deadlines.
- Develop winning strategies and value propositions that drive revenue growth.
- Assist with marketing collateral, including case studies, presentations, and infographics.




- Track outcomes and pipeline activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support continuous improvement.

What you will bring

- 5+ years of experience preparing complex bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Experience in building services or construction is advantageous, as is familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Templafy.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Strong professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and engage with senior executives and clients.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive, collaborative, and results-focused approach.
- Robust writing and editing skills along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and CRM systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
