Home Care Operations Manager

Aged care experience isn’t essential. If you’ve run multi-site or dispersed operations and you know how to get the best out of other leaders, this could be your next move.

- $130,000 – $140,000 package + bonus
- Permanent full-time
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. No weekends, no rosters

Main Duties

- Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders to deliver protected, high-quality care
- Drive performance against KPIs across customer experience, workforce and quality




- Champion change and new ways of working across your teams
- Oversee resourcing and workforce capacity to keep pace with growing demand
- Use data to spot risks early and deliver continuous improvement
- Build strong partnerships with clinical teams and key stakeholders
- Ensure strong governance, incident management and compliance

Essentials

- Current or recent experience as an Operations Manager
- Proven track record leading other leaders and large or dispersed teams
- Strong commercial focus with experience managing KPIs, budgets and change
- Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment such as health, aged care or disability is highly regarded
