Options Consulting Group is representing a fast-growing Australian apparel business seeking an experienced Product Developer to join its team.
Operating in the uniform and workwear sector, the business continues to expand its product offering and customer base, creating an opportunity to influence product innovation, quality and commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you will manage the development process from initial concepts and fabric selection through to sampling, fit approvals and production readiness.
Working closely with Sales, Production, Procurement and offshore manufacturing partners, you will oversee technical specifications, garment construction, quality control and critical timelines to ensure products meet customer expectations.
This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with commercial awareness. You will contribute to new product development, improve existing ranges and ensure a seamless transition from development into production.
We are seeking an experienced apparel skilled with at least five years' product development experience, strong technical garment knowledge and demonstrated exposure to offshore manufacturing. Experience in uniforms or workwear will be highly regarded.
