The Role
Our client is a high-volume franchised dealership on the Gold Coast seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join its busy service department. Reporting to the service management team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring all documentation meets required standards and claims are submitted within prescribed timeframes. You will work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and management to resolve discrepancies, monitor outstanding claims and maintain accurate warranty records.

You'll Need
Previous warranty administration experience within a franchised automotive dealership is highly desirable, along with a sound understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership service operations. You will be organised, methodical and comfortable managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment. Strong computer skills,



excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with workshop and administration staff will be essential.

The Offer
An attractive remuneration package of $70,000 to $75,000 is available, depending on experience. The position offers a 7.6-hour working day and the opportunity to become an integral member of a busy, established dealership service team on the Gold Coast. Relocation assistance will be considered for suitably qualified candidates looking to make the move to the region.
