ConsultANZ is seeking a technically minded Maintenance Systems Engineer to join a leading provider of foundation and ground improvement solutions, driving the rollout of a new maintenance management system across Australia.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys technology, coding and problem-solving to take ownership of a national systems implementation, integrate digital platforms and develop smarter reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the national rollout, implementation and continuous improvement of the new CMMS platform.
- Develop SQL/Python scripts and integrate API data feeds, telematics, GPS and operational systems.
- Configure and maintain asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, work orders and task libraries.
- Build reports, dashboards and automated workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Manage system testing, upgrades, data migration and user acceptance activities.
- Drive business-wide system adoption by providing technical support and user training.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline maintenance planning, reporting and preventative maintenance processes.

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical,



Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong computer skills and an interest in coding, data and systems integration.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, APIs, databases or reporting tools.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and implementing new technology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with maintenance systems or CMMS platforms is advantageous but not essential. We’re open to engineers looking to grow their technical capabilities in a systems-focused role.
