About the Position Our client is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Hygienist to join their dental team.

In this role, you will provide a range of preventive and hygiene treatments, educate patients on maintaining good oral health and work closely with Dentists and other dental professionals to deliver quality patient care.

The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining a level of clinical independence.

Your key responsibilities may include:

- Conducting oral health assessments and periodontal examinations
- Providing scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and preventive treatments
- Assisting patients with gum disease management and ongoing oral health care
- Providing fluoride treatments and fissure sealants where appropriate
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
- Developing and implementing personalised oral health treatment plans
- Performing additional dental treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring high standards of clinical care
- Working collaboratively with Dentists and the wider dental team to support positive patient outcomes

Key Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Oral Health Therapy, Dental Hygiene or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach and commitment to providing quality care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace
