The practice provides a comprehensive range of dental services, including general and restorative dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, dental implants and All-on-4 treatments.

About the Position Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Full-Time Dental Assistant positions within their Bendigo practice.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Dental Assistant looking to expand their clinical experience or a motivated individual eager to build a long-term career in the dental industry.

Working closely with a team of experienced clinicians, you will assist with a broad range of procedures, from routine general dentistry through to more advanced restorative, orthodontic and implant treatments.

The clinic also performs procedures under general anaesthesia, providing further exposure to complex dental treatments and specialised clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide chairside assistance during general and advanced dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and dental equipment
- Maintain excellent infection control and sterilisation standards
- Assist clinicians with orthodontic,



restorative, endodontic and implant procedures
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their appointments
- Assist with daily clinical operations to maintain efficient appointment schedules
- Provide occasional administrative and reception support when required
- Work collaboratively with the wider dental team to deliver a high standard of patient care

Key Requirements

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded, although not essential
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, with enthusiastic candidates who have limited experience also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confidence working in a busy, multi-chair clinical environment
- A genuine interest in delivering quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some evening shifts and occasional Saturdays
