We're partnering with a collaborative, well-established allied health provider looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a Team Leader role.

This is an opportunity to support and mentor a growing team (currently 9 speechies) whilst maintaining a varied and reduced caseload of your own.

If you enjoy developing clinicians, working on a dynamic caseload and helping a team deliver great outcomes, this could be the opportunity for you!

What’s on offer?

- Lead a team of ~9 Speechies ranging from new-grad to mid-senior level, offering them regular mentorship and supervision
- Maintain a reduced caseload of ~10-15 billable hours per week, largely in-clinic in N. Parramatta. Mixed caseload with a paediatric leaning.
- Have access to a company car with fuel card for any community travel or travel to other clinic locations (Penrith, Bankstown)
- Work intelligently with other disciplines and leaders to ensure quality service and outcomes for participants/clients, largely NDIS funded.
- Earn a salary of $120k - $130k + super + $1500 CPD allowance
- Close-knit, motivated team with regular discipline and whole team meetings, plus quarterly socials!
- Multidisciplinary organisation comprising Speech, OT, Psychology, BSP, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Counselling.

About the role

- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to Speech Pathologists across varying experience levels
- Maintain a balanced caseload across adult and paediatric presentations, with an approximate 50/50 split
- Work across a varied funding mix, including NDIS, workers compensation, Medicare and private health
- Support clinical reasoning,



report writing and complex case discussions
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology and other allied health disciplines
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on clinical development and quality outcomes

What we're looking for

- A confident, experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take on a leadership role
- Strong clinical reasoning and experience across adult and paediatric caseloads
- The ability to supervise, mentor and develop other clinicians
- A team-oriented approach to multidisciplinary practice
- Someone who enjoys supporting others while remaining hands-on clinically
