We're partnering with a growing, multidisciplinary allied health provider looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team in North Parramatta!

This is an opportunity to join a team of around 9 Speechies, working alongside a wider group of allied health professionals who value collaboration, person-centred care and helping their clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

There's also some flexibility around billable hours, so you can agree on a target that suits your working style, with your salary reflecting your agreed hours.

What's in it for you?

- $90,000–$115,000 + super, depending on experience and agreed billable hours
- Negotiable billable targets of 27.5–30 hours per week for full-time clinicians
- A varied caseload with a paediatric lean, based out of one of three Western Sydney clinics (Parramatta, Bankstown, Kingswood)
- A team of around 9 Speech Pathologists, with clinicians across different experience levels
- A genuinely multidisciplinary environment, working alongside OT, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Counselling
- Regular team and discipline meetings where you can share ideas, learn from others and work through clinical challenges together
- Quarterly team socials and opportunities to connect with your colleagues outside the clinic
- Access to a company car and fuel card for relevant community travel and visits to other clinic locations, including Penrith and Bankstown
- Opportunities to work across clinic,



community and other settings where appropriate to your caseload

What will your days look like?
You'll be supporting clients to develop their communication skills, work towards their personal goals and build confidence in everyday life.

Your caseload will be varied, giving you the chance to get to know your clients and their families, develop meaningful therapeutic relationships and tailor your approach to what matters most to each person.
You'll be involved in:

- Completing assessments and delivering individualised, evidence-based speech pathology interventions
- Working with clients and families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress along the way
- Supporting communication, speech and language development across your caseload
- Preparing reports and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to provide coordinated support
- Sharing ideas with your multidisciplinary colleagues and continuing to grow your clinical skills

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership
- A genuine interest in helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
- Good communication and clinical reasoning skills
- A collaborative, approachable attitude and an interest in multidisciplinary practice
- A willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment
