An established multidisciplinary private practice in Werribee is seeking an experienced Generally Registered Psychologist to join its welcoming and collaborative team.

This opportunity suits a psychologist who values clinical autonomy, meaningful client work and a supportive workplace. Your caseload will be developed around your clinical strengths, experience and professional interests.

About the Role
You will provide evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents and adults across a diverse range of presentations.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering individual psychological therapy and interventions.
- Conducting standardised psychological and diagnostic assessments, including autism and ADHD assessments where appropriately experienced.
- Developing clinical formulations, treatment plans and recommendations.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Providing telehealth consultations where clinically appropriate.
- Collaborating with psychologists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists.
- Contributing to informal knowledge-sharing and supporting less-experienced colleagues.

Clients access services through Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, DVA, Victims of Crime and private funding.

Benefits and Support

- $55–$60 per hour base salary, depending on experience and clinical capabilities.
- 12% employer superannuation, paid in addition to base salary.
- Annual performance-based bonuses.
- Up to $2,500 annually towards CPD, pro rata for part-time employees.
- Clinical KPIs of approximately 5.5 billable hours per day.
- Comprehensive administrative support covering bookings, scheduling, enquiries and routine practice administration.

Flexible Working Arrangements




Full-time employment is preferred, with four days per week or a nine-day fortnight also considered. Three days per week may be available for the right candidate.

Work-from-home opportunities are available for clinicians working four or more days per week, primarily for telehealth, report writing and other clinically appropriate duties. A regular in-clinic presence supports client continuity and team collaboration.

Essential Requirements

- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention.
- Strong clinical formulation, communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- A warm, collaborative and reflective approach to practice.
- Commitment to respectful, individualised and neuro-affirming care.

Desirable Experience

- Autism and/or ADHD assessments.
- MIGDAS-2 or other recognised diagnostic assessment tools.
- Treatment of work-related psychological injuries.
- NDIS, DVA, Victims of Crime or other compensable funding arrangements.
- Supporting clients with complex or co-occurring presentations.
