We're partnering with a growing, multidisciplinary allied health provider looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in North Parramatta!

You'll be joining a collaborative team of OTs, working alongside a wider group of allied health professionals who value person-centred care, sharing ideas and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

There's also flexibility around billable hours, with the opportunity to agree on a target that suits your working style and have your salary reflect your agreed hours.

What's in it for you?

- $90,000–$115,000 + super, depending on experience and agreed billable hours
- Negotiable billable targets of 27.5–30 hours per week for full-time clinicians
- A varied caseload with a paediatric lean, based across one of three Western Sydney clinics (Parramatta, Bankstown or Kingswood)
- A supportive OT team of around 9 clinicians, with a mix of experience levels to learn from and bounce ideas off
- A genuinely multidisciplinary environment, working alongside Speech Pathology, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and Counselling
- Regular team and discipline meetings to share knowledge, discuss clinical challenges and learn from one another
- Quarterly team socials and opportunities to connect with your colleagues outside the clinic
- Access to a company car and fuel card for relevant community travel and visits to other clinic locations, including Penrith and Bankstown
- Opportunities to work across clinic,



community and other settings where appropriate to your caseload

What will your days look like?
You'll be helping clients build independence, develop everyday skills and work towards the goals that matter most to them.
Your caseload will offer variety, with a paediatric focus and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families. You'll have the chance to take a personalised approach to therapy, drawing on your clinical skills and collaborating with others to help clients make progress in their everyday lives.

You'll be involved in:

- Completing assessments and delivering individualised, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Supporting clients to develop functional skills, independence and participation in everyday activities
- Working with clients and families to establish meaningful goals and track progress
- Preparing reports, assessments and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to provide coordinated, holistic support
- Sharing ideas with your multidisciplinary colleagues and continuing to develop your clinical skills

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
- A genuine interest in helping clients build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes
- Good communication, assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- A collaborative, approachable attitude and an interest in multidisciplinary practice
- A willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment
