Traffic Control / Roller Operator – FIFO | 2:1 Roster | $53/hr

On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Traffic Control / Roller Operator for a remote road maintenance project.

This is a excellent opportunity for an operator with a strong civil construction background who is comfortable undertaking traffic control, roller operations and general labouring duties.

What's on Offer?

- Pay Rate $53/hr
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
- Commencing next week
- Monday travel to Geraldton for Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments
- First swing commencing Tuesday
- Short-term project expected to finish in early December
- Remote road maintenance project covering approximately 140 km of roads

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out traffic control duties during road maintenance activities.
- Operate rollers to assist with road preparation, compaction and maintenance.
- Assist with general civil construction and road maintenance works.
- Undertake manual labouring duties as required.




- Conduct machinery pre-start checks and report defects.
- Follow site safety procedures and traffic management requirements.
- Work alongside the civil maintenance crew to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently.

Essential Requirements

- Current HR Driver's Licence – Mandatory
- Current Traffic Control Qualification – Mandatory
- Civil construction or road maintenance experience
- Roller operating experience
- Willingness to assist with general labouring duties
- Ability to work a 2:1 roster in a remote location
- Available to commence next week
- Willing and able to complete the required VOC assessments and pre-employment medical
