An established engineering consultancy is looking to add an experienced Civil Designer to its Melbourne team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of technically interesting projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Prospect
- Produce detailed civil designs and documentation using Civil 3D
- Work across roads, stormwater, drainage and earthworks
- Develop surfaces, pipe networks and earthworks models
- Interpret project requirements and relevant authority standards
- Work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver quality designs
- Assist with technical reviews and provide guidance to less experienced designers
About You
- 5–7+ years' experience in civil design
- Strong practical experience using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Solid knowledge of roads, drainage and earthworks
- Experience working to Australian standards and authority requirements
- Civil Engineering qualification or relevant technical qualification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
