Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and refurbishment services across a large geographic area.
The Role
Lead and coordinate the property maintenance & refurb operations across a large, geographically-dispersed portfolio, driving service delivery, managing a small team and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with legislative requirements. This role requires travel across the Perth Metro region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of building maintenance and refurbishment contracts across a large region - 2000+ sites.
- Maintaining budgets ($40M+), forecasting and cost control.
- Work with subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Meeting and exceeding company KPIs.
- Submit / Approve work orders.
Requirements:
- Perth based must be able to travel across Perth Metro.
- Experience across large multi-site portfolios - 500+ facilkities.
- Robust leadership and client relationship skills.
- An understanding of WHS and legislation.
- Previous experience managing maintenance across aged care, retirement villages, student accommodation or Defence housing portfolios would be highly advantageous.
- A valid Australian Driver’s license.
