ABOUT YOU

- Proven sales experience with a passion for achieving targets.
- Confident communication skills and a natural ability to build customer relationships.
- Experience selling high-value products, with furniture or interiors experience highly regarded.
- A positive attitude, strong organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.




- The ability to support, motivate and develop team members.
- A genuine interest in learning and progressing into management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, with roster expectations discussed at interview.
