- Work-life balance: Enjoy a permanent full time position working five days per week, with a rotating roster between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working collaboratively with room leaders, the Educational Leader and fellow educators to maintain consistent, high-quality practice.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety,

hygiene and compliance.
- Contributing to a positive team culture through collaboration, respect and a willingness to support colleagues.

To be successful, you will bring:
- A recognised Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's learning and development.
- Experience working with children across one or more early childhood age groups.
- An understanding of play-based learning, child development, observations and educational programming.
