About the Position
Pizza Mills Pty Ltd, operating Domino’s Ruralview, is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and maintain business performance. The successful applicant will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, customer service, cost management and compliance with operational standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, work allocation, training and performance management.
- Supervise employees and promote an efficient, productive and customer-focused working setting.
- Monitor sales results, control operating expenses and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate ordering, monitor inventory movement and minimise wastage.
- Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale operations, sales reporting and daily financial reconciliation.
- Maintain customer service standards and resolve complaints and service-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, equipment and operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost control and overall store efficiency.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in store management, retail operations or staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, planning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage staff, inventory, sales performance and operating costs.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced food retail environment.
