The Role

As the Functions Coordinator, you will manage private functions and events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Working closely with venue managers, clients, and operational teams, you will coordinate bookings, oversee event logistics, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure every function is executed to the highest standard.
