About the Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician and a motivated Apprentice to join an established air conditioning business based on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Whether you're a qualified technician looking for your next chance or an apprentice wanting to develop your skills, these roles offer hands-on experience across air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance.

You'll be working across residential and light commercial properties, alongside a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering reliable service to customers.

The Roles:

Depending on your experience and qualifications, your responsibilities will include:

- Installing split system and ducted air conditioning units.
- Carrying out servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Completing pipework, drainage, insulation and system connections.
- Testing systems to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
- Preparing tools, equipment and materials for jobs.
- Travelling to customer sites and maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualified technicians will be expected to carry out installations, servicing and fault finding with a greater level of independence,



while apprentices will work alongside experienced technicians to develop their practical skills and knowledge.

About You:

For the Qualified Technician:

- Qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Experience with installation, servicing and fault finding.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Current driver's license.
- Relevant refrigerant handling and electrical licenses or qualifications as required.

For the Apprentice:

- Currently undertaking an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration apprenticeship, ideally second year or above.
- Keen to learn and develop practical trade skills.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get hands-on.
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Current driver's license preferred.
