- Proven sales success with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Confident communicator with strong closing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Professional presentation and a confident, engaging approach.
- Ambitious, motivated and driven to maximise earning potential.
- Enjoys working towards targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in consultative sales or higher-value purchases will be highly regarded.

Your background could include furniture, jewellery, automotive,



real estate, luxury retail, appliances or another consultative sales environment where you have developed strong selling skills.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- Uncapped commission structure with great earning potential based on performance.
- 35 hours per week.
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week.
