We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, who has recently opened a recent furniture store in Osborne Park and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their growing team.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, helping customers find the right furniture for their homes and contributing to the overall success of the store.
You'll be joining a supportive team that works together towards shared goals, with a team-based commission structure that rewards collective success.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, personalised service.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
- Building rapport and creating a positive in-store experience.




- Maintaining an inviting showroom and ensuring products are displayed to a high standard.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive and customer-focused team culture.

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
- A genuine interest in furniture, interiors, homewares or retail.
- A customer-first approach and the ability to build rapport with a range of customers.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and motivation to succeed.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work both Saturday and Sunday, with one full weekend off per month.
