A well-regarded Shepparton manufacturer has asked us to find them a skilled Steel Fabricator to join their workshop crew — and they're ready to move quickly for the right person.
This is a proper hands-on role for a tradesperson who likes to see a job done well. Working to direction from the Team Leader, you'll be welding, grinding and fettling, and shaping steel components from scratch — cutting, folding and drilling to spec. There's variety too, with a hand needed across the timber and dispatch areas when things get busy.
You'll be a excellent fit if you:
- Know your way around steel fabrication and welding
- Can read and work from engineering drawings and specs
- Hold a current forklift licence (a real plus)
- Turn up, work safely, and take pride in getting it right
