Are you an experienced Assistant Store Manager or retail supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? This is an prospect to join an established workwear and safety retailer, build your leadership skills and take on greater responsibility in a supportive environment.

This role offers a different side of retail, combining team leadership and store operations with opportunities to build relationships with local businesses and trade customers. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly through effective stock management, administration and systems, while supporting both retail and B2B customers.

With guidance from an experienced Area Manager and opportunities to progress across a growing multi-site franchise group, this is an ideal next step for someone looking to develop their management experience beyond the traditional shop floor.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or retail supervisor, ready to take the next step into management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across administration, systems and stock control.
- Confidence supporting team members, coordinating rosters and managing day-to-day store operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with retail customers,



local businesses and trade customers.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational tasks and team leadership.
- Comfortable using POS, inventory and retail management systems.
- An interest in workwear, safety products or trade-related retail would be beneficial.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

- Salary of $62K–$70K + Super, depending on experience.
- A predominantly Monday–Friday working pattern, with flexibility around rostering.
