Our client is looking for an experienced Storeperson/Customer Service Officer and will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, handling, storage, and distribution of goods to customers.

The role is responsible for counter, phone & online sales, picking and packing of goods, ensuring accuracy at all times. You will work autonomously and be responsible for your day ensuring orders are fulfilled and sent out in a timely manner.

- Permanent fulltime role
- $70,000-$80,000 plus super
- Hours of work: 8am to 4.30pm with the flexibility to start at 7am occasionally
- Immediate start
- New branch just opened in Glendenning with other multiple sites in QLD, SA, VIC & NT

Key Responsibilities:

- Counter, phone and online sales
- Assisting trade customers
- Invoicing
- Stock orders
- Ensure accuracy with processing of orders
- Ensure all goods in the warehouse are correctly identified and labelled
- Responsible for dispatch of all orders
- Arranging couriers
- Picking and packing of orders
- Assist and participate in stocktakes
- Load and unload trucks

Required Experience/Qualities:





- Forklift licence - LF is required
- Excellent organisation skills
- Physically fit and well - able to lift up to 15 kilos
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential - MYOB experience will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust understanding of safety procedures
