Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful adoption of a new enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Case Management solution.

Working closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, project team, business representatives, subject matter experts, technical and delivery teams, and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in assessing change impacts, supporting business readiness and delivering practical change management, communication and learning activities to enable successful implementation and adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional with experience in complex digital transformation or enterprise system implementations to contribute to a significant organisational change initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and document detailed change impact assessments across business areas, roles, processes, systems, behaviours, organisational structures and ways of working.
- Identify change risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies to inform change planning, implementation sequencing and project decisions.
- Support the development, maintenance and reporting of business readiness assessments, readiness checkpoints and go-live criteria.
- Work with the Product Owner and Project Manager to develop and implement change and adoption plans aligned with the project delivery approach, change methodology and existing Adoption Change Management Strategy.
- Develop and maintain key change artefacts, including stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, communications plans, learning plans, business readiness checklists and adoption measures.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and delivery partners to support effective consultation and change adoption.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, briefings, interviews and engagement activities to encourage collaboration, co-design and implementation readiness.




- Develop and deliver targeted and organisation-wide communications across multiple channels, tailored to stakeholder groups and stages of the change journey.
- Support learning needs analysis and validate training requirements arising from identified change impacts.
- Contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of learning and performance-support materials, including quick reference guides, job aids, walkthroughs, presentations and intranet content.
- Monitor change readiness and adoption activities, providing insights and updates to support successful project outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

- Significant experience designing, contributing to and implementing organisational change initiatives to achieve project or program outcomes, particularly in large-scale digital, ICT or enterprise system implementations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting detailed change impact assessments and supporting business readiness, transition and adoption activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with end users, management, subject matter experts, technical teams and delivery partners.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, briefings and consultation activities and translate stakeholder feedback into practical change actions.
- Experience developing and delivering communication plans and materials across multiple channels, including SharePoint Online, intranet platforms, collaboration tools, presentations and electronic communications.
- Experience supporting learning needs analysis and developing and delivering learning and performance-support materials for new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Strong analytical, written communication, presentation,



facilitation and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a complex project environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Mandatory Requirements:

- A minimum of five years' experience in organisational change, communications, business readiness or a similar role within a project or program environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex organisational change initiatives involving digital, ICT or enterprise systems.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments, supporting business readiness activities and engaging stakeholders throughout transition.
- Experience working within government or a large, complex organisational environment.

Highly Desirable:

- Professional change management certification, such as PROSCI or APMG Change Management, and/or tertiary qualifications in business, communications, organisational change, psychology, human resources or a related discipline.
- Experience with CRM and case management solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, incremental and waterfall approaches.
- Experience using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Visio, Viva Engage, Microsoft Forms, Adobe Creative Suite or similar communication, collaboration and design tools.
