Overview:

A rare opportunity for an experienced Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to step into a pivotal delivery role with one of Perth’s most respected boutique developers. You’ll join a high‑calibre team delivering a landmark built‑form project already in an excellent position, with smooth progress and clear direction under newly appointed leadership.

About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery across a major luxury multi‑res development, ensuring quality, program and commercial discipline remain on track. Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal specialists, you’ll drive momentum through design, procurement and construction while supporting strategic decisions set by a well‑regarded Head of Development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery of a high‑end, architecturally significant built‑form project
- Manage consultants, contractors, approvals, budgets and reporting
- Oversee design progression, procurement, risk and program control
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and project governance
- Support strategic direction set by the Head of Development

About You:





You bring strong built‑form delivery experience - ideally luxury multi‑res or mixed‑use. High‑end residential delivery will be most highly regarded, though backgrounds in commercial, hotel or other complex development environments will also be considered. You’re confident leading delivery, commercially astute and comfortable managing complex stakeholder environments.
