Concept Logistics Australia (CLA) is a proudly Australian-owned and operated logistics company, providing quality warehousing, distribution and transport solutions to customers across Australia.

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and experienced Warehouse Hand / Forklift Operator to join our established warehouse team in Laverton North.

This is a permanent full-time position offering consistent working hours, opportunities for overtime and a great team environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Management Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating forklifts to load, unload, move and store palletised goods.
- Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and shipping containers.
- Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Receiving, checking and dispatching stock accurately.
- Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts and general inventory management.
- Identifying and reporting damaged stock or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, secure and organised warehouse environment.
- Following all workplace health and safety, food safety and company procedures.
- Supporting the broader warehouse team with general duties as required.

About You





We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a hardworking team.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A current and valid LF Forklift Licence – essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Confidence operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- RF scanning, order picking and inventory handling experience.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- The ability to undertake manual handling tasks safely.
- A reliable work ethic, punctuality and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Positive communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
