Casual | Genuine Pathway to Full Time | Approx. 8:00am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work
Thanks to a new client partnership, HDS has multiple Picker/Packer positions available at our Morningside depot. You’ll be working in a chilled setting (approx. 0°C to 5°C), picking and packing premium subscription boxes of Australian-sourced meat, seafood, and fresh produce. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment, and we’re happy to train the right people – no prior experience necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack premium subscription orders accurately in a chilled environment (approx. 0°C to 5°C)
- Handle premium food products – meat, seafood, and fresh produce – with care and correct FIFO stock rotation
- Use RF scanning and WMS systems to confirm orders and meet daily accuracy and throughput targets
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene,
and WHS requirements at all times
