About the role

This role supports IOR’s strategic growth agenda by providing analysis, insights, and commercial recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions. You’ll work across a variety of projects including business performance improvement, growth opportunities, commercial modelling, strategic planning, and executive reporting, partnering with teams across the business to turn ideas into action.

- Support the development of business cases, commercial models, strategic projects, and implementation plans across growth and performance initiatives.
- Analyse market, customer, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for margin improvement, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive-ready reports, recommendations, presentations,



and decision papers that support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain business performance models, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology to translate analysis into measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity, and the ability to confidently solve complex business problems. You’re comfortable working with data, building financial models, and communicating insights to a range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by finding practical solutions that create real business impact.

- Experience in strategy, consulting, commercial analysis, corporate strategy, or a similarly analytical role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills, with advanced capability in Excel and confidence preparing executive-level materials.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into practical recommendations that support business performance and growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering,



Mathematics, or a related discipline.
