Window, Door and Shower Screen Installer

Part-time, casual or contract | Bega Valley and Sapphire Coast, NSW

About us

Stafford's Window Systems is a Bega-based maker and installer of aluminium windows, doors and shower screens. We work with local builders and homeowners across the Bega Valley and the far south coast, and we are busy. We are building a small, reliable installation team and want you on it.

We go above and beyond, we succeed together, we do what we say and we care for people’s wellbeing. That is how we treat our customers and each other.

The role

You will install our windows, doors and shower screens, and quote on site. A typical week could include:

• Installing aluminium windows, sliding doors and hinged doors in new builds, renovations and replacements.

• Installing shower screens, including removing old screens and fitting new ones.

• Reglazing, adjusting rollers and locks, fitting flyscreens and other small repairs.

• Doing check measures and on-site quotations for homeowners and builders. You take accurate measurements and photos, note what is needed and send it to our estimator to price.

• Working to install dates booked by our office, with jobs bundled into full days where we can.

• Leaving every site clean and every customer informed.

About you

• Experience installing aluminium windows and doors, or in glazing, building or a related trade.

• Confident measuring accurately and explaining a job to a customer in plain language.

• Reliable. You turn up when you say you will and you tell us early if something changes.

• Your own ute or van and hand tools.

• White Card and a current driver’s licence.

• For contract work, an ABN and public liability insurance.

• Comfortable using a phone or tablet to take photos and send measure sheets.

• Shower screen experience is a bonus, but we can train the right person.

What's in it for you

• Your choice of part time, casual or contract work, with steady jobs booked in advance.

• A friendly local team and an office that backs you up with quotes, scheduling and customer follow-up.

• Pay based on your experience and the way you work with us. Let’s talk.

• Full-time work is also available in our Bega factory if you would like more hours or a change of pace.

How to apply

Apply through Seek, or email your resume and a few lines about your experience to ********@staffords.com.au. Please tell us which days you are available and where you are based.
