The Role:
Reporting to the State Manager – Convenience, the Area Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail sites to deliver strong operational performance, exceptional guest experiences, and commercial results. You will coach and support Store Managers while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across your region.

You Will Provide:

- Leadership, coaching, and support to Store Managers and site teams.
- Oversight of operational performance across multiple retail locations.
- Strong commercial focus to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.




- Support for store openings, conversions, and operational initiatives.
- Compliance with safety, food safety, and company standards and policies.
- A customer-first approach focused on service and guest experience.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Continuous improvement through operational and process efficiencies.
- Accountability for financial, operational, and people performance metrics.

- Experience leading multi-site retail, convenience, or QSR operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Commercially minded with a focus on driving business performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Passion for customer experience and operational excellence standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing compliance, safety, and operational standards.
- Ability to lead change and drive continuous business improvement.
