Equipment

Work on a modern underground fleet including:

- Development Jumbos
- Loaders
- Underground Trucks
- Shotcrete Equipment
- Ancillary Underground Equipment

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on underground mobile mining equipment
- Diagnose and rectify faults across electrical, electronic, communication, automation and control systems
- Perform planned and breakdown maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime
- Conduct inspections, testing, calibration and component replacements
- Install, maintain and repair wiring, lighting, sensors, monitoring systems and vehicle electrical components
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with statutory, site and OEM requirements
- Identify and manage workplace hazards and risks
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
- Contribute to a positive team culture and solid safety performance

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Australian Recognised Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
- Previous underground mining experience preferred
- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on underground mobile equipment
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Current CPR/LVR (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
- A proactive approach to safety and teamwork aligned with Redpath's values
