We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Houseperson to join our housekeeping team. The successful applicant will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and smooth operation of our property, supporting the housekeeping team to ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist housekeeping staff with daily cleaning operations.
- Deliver linen, towels and amenities to guest rooms.
- Collect soiled linen and rubbish.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with furniture movement and room setups when required.
- Cyclical cleaning tasks, including carpet steam cleaning
- Restock housekeeping supplies and trolleys.
- Respond to housekeeping requests promptly.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
About you
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills, including use of Flexkeeping.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
