My client are an Australian owned company that specialise in manufacturing and distributing specialised parts for the construction and engineering industry. Operating in Australia for 30+ years.

The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will take ownership of the month and year end while managing a team of 6. You duties will include:

- Lead and develop a finance team
- Own month-end, management reporting and financial control
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Manage statutory reporting, audit and compliance requirements
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Improve reporting efficiency and reporting quality
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Support strategic projects and future growth initiatives

Your ProfileYou will be an experienced Financial Controller available to start immediately and be able to take over from the person leaving. You will have worked in a medium size team and have be comfortable running month end process.
