Customer Service Officer –Casual Position

Central Monitoring Services is a family-owned and operated business and a recognised leader in the security monitoring industry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Officers to join our 24-hour Monitoring Centre.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have excellent customer service skills

- Be confident and professional when communicating with customers

- Have exceptional written and spoken English

- Be able to accurately type, spell, and record information

- Work well independently and as part of a team

- Have reliable transport

- Be dependable, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure

Licensing Requirements

Applicants must be eligible to obtain a 1E Security Licence, which requires:

- Being over 18 years of age

- Having no criminal record

- Being a permanent resident of Australia
