As our Baulkham Hills office continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our Property Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their real estate career, with exposure to leasing, property inspections and business development, while contributing to the continued growth of our property management portfolio.

About the Role

This is primarily a leasing-focused position, with opportunities to develop your skills in property management and business development.

You will be responsible for conducting rental inspections, managing leasing enquiries, assisting with tenancy applications and supporting our Property Managers with property inspections.

You will also play an active role in identifying new business opportunities, following up prospective landlords and helping expand our property management portfolio.

This is a full-time position working five days per week, including Saturdays, with one rostered weekday off.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Management

- Conduct rental open homes and private inspections.

- Respond to rental enquiries and communicate with prospective tenants.

- Process rental applications,



conduct reference checks and follow up with applicants.

- Coordinate property access, keys and leasing appointments.

- Assist with rental listings and general leasing administration.

Property Inspections & Management Support

- Conduct routine property inspections and assist with ingoing inspections.

- Prepare accurate inspection reports, including photographs and property condition notes.

- Communicate with tenants and coordinate inspection schedules.

- Identify and report maintenance or property condition concerns to Property Managers.

Business Development & Portfolio Growth

- Assist with rental appraisals and new management proposals.

- Proactively identify and follow up potential new landlord and property management opportunities.

- Support prospecting activities, database management and lead follow-up.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Availability to work Saturdays, with one rostered weekday off.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A professional presentation and customer-focused approach.

- Confidence in communicating with clients and conducting property inspections.

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.

- Competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- A genuine interest in leasing, property management and business development.

Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration or a customer-facing role is highly desirable but not essential.

Knowledge of the Hills District property market will be highly regarded.
